I cannot recommend Vladi highly enough. I spent 12 months training regularly with Vladi and I have been truly delighted with the results. Not only have I lost 40kg (88 lb) but I have reduced my body fat by more than half to a healthy 16% and I am fitter and stronger than ever. Maybe more importantly, Vladi has given me the tools in diet, exercise and body awareness that will enable me to monitor my weight and maintain it at its new healthy level. If it ever starts to creep up again, I now know what needs to be done to put it right.
